Service Description

Ready to boost your PC’s performance or resolve technical issues? Let’s talk! You can book a one-on-one consultation with me via Microsoft Teams or Zoom to discuss the upgrades or maintenance your system needs. The consultation fee is $100 CAD, which will be credited toward your final invoice if you decide to move forward with the service. Can be sent via e-transfer or be received in cash. During the consultation, we’ll determine whether your system would benefit more from a full upgrade or a maintenance and optimization service. If new parts are required, we’ll screen share to review and select components together, ensuring you know exactly what you're paying for. You will only pay cost for any parts! No mark-up. If you have your own parts, we can install those for you too! For your security and peace of mind, you’ll enter your payment information yourself when ordering parts—your data stays with you. No In-Person Meet-Up? No Problem. If you’d prefer not to meet in person, I also offer secure PC pickup and drop-off via Uber Delivery. This option is ideal for local clients and includes packaging coordination and tracking. Shipping and handling fees will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation.
